Isn't Pleaing "Not Guilty" Lying...

SEATTLE -- A woman charged with vehicular homicide in a crash that killed a Seattle police officer pleaded not guilty at her arraignment on Tuesday.

Ok, give up the innocent until proven guilty. Blah blah wah wah wah.

Tell me this:

If you enter a plea of "Not Guilty" and you are found guilty, doesn't that mean you are in contempt of court for lying to everyone under oath? Or do they put you under oath to enter your plea? Maybe they should if they don't already...

Take the guy who shot up the Jewish center. He is as guilty as hell and entered his "Guilty" plea straight up until his lawyer had it changed. Gotta respect him for holding to his morals of not lying at least, even if he is a deranged mass murdering maniac.

I say charge the lawyers with contempt so they lose their license when they plea wrong for their clients intentionally.
